Our Classes

At Anchor Fitness, our classes are built around simple principles: effective training, expert coaching, and a strong community. Every session is scalable, coach-led, and designed to help you move better, get stronger, and build real fitness — whether you’re new to CrossFit or highly experienced.

Our CrossFit classes form the foundation of everything we do.

Each session blends strength training, conditioning, and functional movement — the kind that carries over into everyday life and long-term health. Expect a structured warm-up, focused skill or strength work or conditioning piece designed to challenge your engine and resilience.

Classes are fully scalable, meaning you’ll train at the right intensity for your current level while still progressing week to week. Coaching is hands-on, attentive, and focused on safe, effective movement.

This is training with purpose — steady progress, not random workouts.

CrossFit

On Deck is our community-focused Saturday session — designed to bring the crew together and finish the week strong.

These sessions are typically longer in duration and may include partner or team-based workouts, shared challenges, and a slightly more relaxed pace while still delivering quality training. The focus is on effort, connection, and consistency — without losing sight of good movement and smart intensity.

On Deck is open to all levels, fully scalable, and coached to ensure everyone trains safely and effectively. Whether you’re new to Anchor Fitness or a regular on the floor, this session is about showing up, training together, and building momentum into the week ahead.
