This isn't extra work—it's your roadmap for the next 12 weeks.
Inside you'll find a series of short videos and guides that will show you how to get the most out of The Anchor Method, including:
How the program is structured.
How to choose the right scaling option.
Understanding the training intensity colours.
Recording your results in FITR.
Movement standards and coaching tips.
Recovery and nutrition fundamentals.
What to expect over the next 12 weeks.
Most athletes can work through this in around 30–45 minutes, and it's designed to give you the confidence to train with purpose from your very first session.
Once you've completed the Start Here section, you'll be ready to dive into Week 1.


The Anchor Method
